Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Foshan Jiarong Lanting Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") governing your use of our products and services, including the mobile app Runju Miaotu (润桔妙图) and related websites (together, the "Product"). Please read them carefully. By registering, signing in or using the Product you agree to these Terms in full. In case of any discrepancy between this English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Accounts

  1. You register with a phone number or email address. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
  2. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be lent, transferred or sold. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  3. You may delete your account in the app at any time. Deleted account data cannot be recovered.

2. The service

  1. The Product provides image-processing features such as product-poster generation, multi-image collages, smart slicing and batch export. Some features use artificial intelligence.
  2. AI-generated results are non-deterministic and may not match your expectations. We do not guarantee that a result is suitable for any particular commercial purpose; please review results before using them.
  3. We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features as the business requires and will give reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to use the Product to:

If you breach these rules we may remove the content, restrict or terminate your account, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Intellectual property

  1. The software, interface, trademarks and documentation of the Product are our intellectual property.
  2. You retain your rights in the material you upload and warrant that you are entitled to use it. You grant us permission to process that material to the extent needed to provide the service.
  3. Provided you comply with these Terms, you may use the results the Product generates for you for your own commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for any infringement arising from your source material.

5. Paid services

  1. Some features may require payment. Prices, validity periods and entitlements are as shown on the purchase page.
  2. Digital content is delivered immediately. Unless the law or these Terms provide otherwise, purchased services are non-refundable. If we are unable to provide a service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the unused portion.
  3. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled under Apple's policies.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. The Product is provided "as is". We work to keep the service stable but are not liable for interruptions caused by networks, devices, third-party services or force majeure.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Product, and our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes and termination

We may revise these Terms in response to legal or business changes and will publish revisions in the app or on this page. If you do not accept a revision you may stop using the Product and delete your account; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute before the competent people's court in the place where we are located.
